Memorize Speech provides AI-assisted memory plans for speeches, presentations, wedding toasts, debates, interviews, and other speaking moments.
By accessing or using Memorize Speech, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use Memorize Speech. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Memorize Speech is not intended for children under 13.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us promptly.
Memorize Speech allows you to paste or upload speech text and generate a memory plan. A plan may include a structure, cue cards, recall questions, review steps, and related practice guidance.
The service is designed to help you practice and memorize speech content more effectively. It does not guarantee that you will memorize a speech perfectly, deliver a flawless presentation, or achieve any specific outcome.
"User Content" means speech text, files, prompts, notes, or other content you submit to Memorize Speech.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Memorize Speech the limited right to process it as necessary to provide the service, generate your memory plan, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for your User Content. You agree that you will not submit content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your own use of the service.
Memorize Speech uses AI systems to generate memory plans. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and practicing with any generated output before using it in a real speech or presentation.
Memorize Speech is a learning and practice tool. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, employment, academic, or public speaking advice.
Memorize Speech may offer free access and paid access.
New users may receive 2 free memory plans, each with a character limit of 5,000 characters.
Paid access may provide more memory plans or higher limits, including up to 10,000 characters per paid plan, depending on the product you purchase.
Plan limits, pricing, features, and availability may change over time. We will display the applicable terms before purchase where required.
Paid plans will be processed through third-party payment providers such as Creem. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the displayed price and any applicable taxes or fees.
We do not directly store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the paid plan credits, or if you have used no more than one paid memory plan.
If two or more paid memory plans have been generated, the purchase is generally not refundable because digital AI processing costs have already been incurred.
We may still issue a refund or provide replacement credits if the service failed due to a technical problem on our side, or where required by law.
Refund requests should be sent to suki41719e@gmail.com with the email address used for purchase and relevant order details.
If a refund is approved, remaining paid credits or plan access may be removed from your account. Payment provider fees and processing times may depend on the payment provider.

Memorize Speech and its website, design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by Memorize Speech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Memorize Speech or its underlying technology.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated memory plans for your personal, educational, or professional speech preparation.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time. We may also update features, limits, pricing, or availability.
We try to keep Memorize Speech reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Memorize Speech if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, abused free or paid access, or used the service unlawfully.
You may stop using the service at any time.
Memorize Speech is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorize Speech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Memorize Speech for the service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the claim arose, or USD $50 if you have not paid us.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Memorize Speech from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If Memorize Speech later identifies a specific legal entity or state of formation, the governing law section may be updated accordingly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date or post the revised Terms on this page.
Your continued use of Memorize Speech after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
